●The newly developed F series is an epoch-making hose that has a smooth inner surface that allows fluid to flow smoothly and reduces cargo handling time by approximately 15%. (It has been proven that it can be shortened by up to about 20% depending on the cargo handling conditions.)
● As with the conventional type, the safety has been certified by Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NK) to pass the IMO chemical code.
0969F series (chemical hose)
This hose has a newly developed smooth inner surface structure that improves pressure loss and facilitates cleaning.
0969 Series
● Standard hose for general corrosive and volatile chemicals.
0982 series (oil/solvent hose)
● A versatile hose for BTX ketones, solvents, alcohols, etc.
0998 series (chemical hose)
However, do not use volatile chemicals as they have poor electrical conductivity.
0976F series (fluororesin hose)
● A multi-purpose hose that can be used for fuming sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid with the highest specification of the chemical hose series.
Special specification product (0969-W/0969-WS)
●The outer surface of the hose has the same chemical resistance as the inner surface, and is intended for work inside a liquid tank (can be immersed in liquid).
０９７６F series (fluorine resin hose)
A hose of the highest grade that can be used for chemicals such as fuming sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid that cannot be used with general chemical hoses.
