In addition to the planning and development of new products, we are also actively working to improve production technology to increase work efficiency, and have succeeded in partially automating the production of joints using robots developed in-house.

 

 

 

Starting with the procurement of each component, the Quality Assurance Group strictly checks the quality of outsourced components.

 

In addition, in order to comply with the Product Liability Law, all design drawings of products delivered to customers are filed in laser disc files.

 

 

We have introduced advanced equipment in each process to save labor and improve efficiency, such as automatic pipe painting lines and fully automatic warehouses.In addition, since we place the utmost importance on the safety of our products, we put particular emphasis on quality inspections, and have introduced an impulse tester that tests fatigue resistance by applying impact pressure one million times.We are making company-wide efforts to provide products that can be used with peace of mind.
