Introduction of FJF joints and FJF hose fittings

■Is there a solution for installation in narrow spaces?

20183
Started development of FJF joints
Is there any effective mounting method when assembling in a narrow space?
Is it possible to tighten from the top instead of tightening from the side with a wrench?
*Because it is tightened from above with a socket, etc., work can be done in a space-saving manner.

・Problem… Conventionally, when installing an elbow joint or a hose mouthpiece using a bend pipe to an O-ring port such as a control valve or manifold, it is fixed with a lock nut. This work requires tightening the lock nut from the side using a wrench in a narrow space, so it is necessary to assemble from the end in order, and when replacing parts, it is necessary to remove from the end in order. Workability is very poor when removing intermediate objects.

■Features of FJF joints

① When installing the FJF joint to the O-ring port of the control valve or manifold, first screw in the shaft by hand and temporarily tighten it. and screw it in with a socket, etc.
② The same is true when removing the middle part, and since it does not interfere with the next one, the socket can be inserted into the hexagonal part and removed. (Replacement work can be done in a small space)
③Since there is no lock nut compared to a normal elbow joint (adjustable type), installation time is shortened.

■ FJF joint structure

● FJF joints can be freely determined in the direction of tightening.
●Unlike conventional address metal fittings, the O-ring is completely fixed after tightening, and there is no possibility of oil leakage due to worn out O-rings.

■ Where to use: Small crane/manual control valve

Because it was difficult to insert a tool into the conventional joint + hose combination, the operating handle was disassembled, the joint + hose was attached to the control valve, and the handle was reassembled.
