Management of Flare Pipes

① Set the specified torque with a constant torque wrench, lock and tighten.
② Keep the inside of the flare nut and flare pipe dust-proof to prevent foreign matter and dust from entering.
③ Lightly hand-tighten the flare nut and flare pipe, and tighten them with a constant torque wrench until they click.Fix one end with a spanner.
④ Assemble the flare pipe Comp so that it does not deform during installation.
(Do not force the assembly. Temporarily tighten both ends and then fully tighten one.)
Points to note: (1) There should be no line misalignment with the mating part.
(2) The control point is the tightening torque.
